| After December 22, 2015 | Interested Parties may submit a Letter of Interest but will be placed at the end of the Priority List with no consideration of priority based upon seniority.

| December 22, 2015 thru January 29, 2016 | Vista will establish a Priority List of interested parties/buyers by entrance date of the student/member (seniority) to establish the order in which a potential buyer may select a unit.

| January 29, 2016 | Announcement of Priority List of interested parties/buyers.

| February thru April 2016 | Developers contact interested parties in order of priority to select a unit. Model one and two bedroom units will be available no later than April 2016 for viewing.
Purchasers will execute purchase and sale agreements.

| June thru July 2016 (est.) | Completion of construction and Certificate of Occupancy.
Closing on units and operation of facility by Vista and Settlers Landing Association, Inc. is initiated. |
